Why “Astele”
Our name comes from two places. The Astele is a sea snail whose spiralled shell is built slowly and flawlessly by nature. And in Finnish, astele means “to step.” Together they say what we believe about beauty: it can’t be rushed. It’s built — patiently, one step at a time.
Our philosophy
In a world that sells instant results, we take a quieter view. Modern treatments can create impressive change in just a few sessions, and we use them fully. But the transformations that truly last are built with time, care, and consistency — visible results now, and a foundation for skin that stays healthy long after you leave.
The Korean approach
Astele brings the personalized, detail-obsessed care of Korea’s best skin clinics to Vancouver. We read your skin as it is today, and we keep detailed records of every session — what we see, what we treat, how your skin responds — so each visit builds on the last. You’re not picking from a fixed menu. You’re following a plan that evolves with your skin.
3D Skin Analysis
Before we recommend a plan, we can map your skin in detail with a 3D scan — texture, tone, pigmentation and more — in about 30–40 minutes. It’s $120, or complimentary on your first visit when you book any treatment of $200 or more.
Please request it when you book — it’s arranged in advance. If it isn’t requested ahead of time, your visit will begin with a brief pre-treatment consultation instead.
