How it works
- Join online or in store. We reach out within 24 hours to confirm your membership agreement and book your first visit.
- First visit: MetaVu analysis + your first facial. You leave with your Skin Plan — which facials, in which order, and why.
- Every month, one facial. Every 4 months, a new MetaVu analysis shows what has changed, and your plan is updated.
Billing and cancellation, in plain words
- $175/month + tax, charged automatically each month.
- You start with a 6-month program (6 payments, total $1,050 + tax). The program cannot be cancelled early; if you ask to cancel during it, your membership ends after the 6th month.
- After the 6 months, your membership simply continues month to month. Cancel anytime by email or in store — no fees. It ends at the end of the month you have already paid for; that month is not refunded.
- One pause per year (up to 1 month). Credits are personal and non-transferable. Gratuities not included.
- Read the full membership agreement — signed together at your first visit. Nothing here limits your rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BC).
Questions we hear most
Can I cancel?
After the first 6 months, yes — anytime, by email or in store, with no fees. Your membership ends at the end of the month you have paid for. During the first 6 months the program cannot be cancelled early; if you ask, it ends after the 6th month.
What if I can't come one month?
Your facial credit rolls over for one month. You can also pause your membership once a year for up to a month — just let us know before your next billing date.
Do I have to take the facial my esthetician recommends?
No. The recommendation comes from your MetaVu results, but you can choose any facial on the Astele Skin Plan menu — or upgrade and pay the difference.
What does the MetaVu analysis show?
A 3D scan of your skin that we repeat every 4 months, so you can see how your skin is changing over time. It helps us plan your facials; it is not a medical diagnosis.
Can I use my 10% on packages?
The 10% applies to additional treatments and retail products at regular price. It is not combined with other discounts or promotions.
I'm already a Founding Member — what about me?
Your Founding Membership continues exactly as agreed. When your 12 months end, you're welcome to join the Astele Skin Plan.
