Two ways to keep your skin on a plan — a monthly facial membership, and a monthly XERF skin-tightening membership. Each starts with a 6-month program, then continues month to month.

One facial a month, planned from your skin's own data.
Every 4 months, a MetaVu 3D skin analysis shows how your skin is changing — and your esthetician plans the next months of facials around what it shows. No guessing which facial to book. Your skin decides.

One of these each month. Your esthetician recommends the facial your skin needs that month, based on your MetaVu results; the choice is always yours.

How it works

1. Join online or in store. We reach out within 24 hours to confirm your membership agreement and book your first visit.
2. First visit: MetaVu analysis + your first facial. You leave with your Skin Plan — which facials, in which order, and why.
3. Every month, one facial. Every 4 months, a new MetaVu analysis shows what has changed, and your plan is updated.

Billing and cancellation, in plain words

• $175/month + tax, charged automatically each month.
• You start with a 6-month program (6 payments, total $1,050 + tax). The program cannot be cancelled early; if you ask to cancel during it, your membership ends after the 6th month.
• After the 6 months, your membership simply continues month to month. Cancel anytime by email or in store — no fees. It ends at the end of the month you have already paid for; that month is not refunded.
• One pause per year (up to 1 month). Credits are personal and non-transferable. Gratuities not included.
• Read the full membership agreement — signed together at your first visit. Nothing here limits your rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BC).

Questions we hear most

Can I cancel?
After the first 6 months, yes — anytime, by email or in store, with no fees. Your membership ends at the end of the month you have paid for. During the first 6 months the program cannot be cancelled early; if you ask, it ends after the 6th month.

What if I can't come one month?
Your facial credit rolls over for one month. You can also pause your membership once a year for up to a month — just let us know before your next billing date.

Do I have to take the facial my esthetician recommends?
No. The recommendation comes from your MetaVu results, but you can choose any facial on the Astele Skin Plan menu — or upgrade and pay the difference.

What does the MetaVu analysis show?
A 3D scan of your skin that we repeat every 4 months, so you can see how your skin is changing over time. It helps us plan your facials; it is not a medical diagnosis.

Can I use my 10% on packages?
The 10% applies to additional treatments and retail products at regular price. It is not combined with other discounts or promotions.

I'm already a Founding Member — what about me?
Your Founding Membership continues exactly as agreed. When your 12 months end, you're welcome to join the Astele Skin Plan.

XERF Maintenance Membership

One targeted XERF session every month — to keep your skin firm a little at a time, in a steady rhythm.
XERF is needle-free, multi-frequency monopolar radiofrequency skin tightening by Cynosure Lutronic — a Health Canada-licensed medical device (Licence No. 113060) — with no numbing cream and no downtime. The membership gives you one smaller, targeted session each month: a way to hold the lift between full treatments, or to build it in smaller steps.

How it works

1. Join online or in store. We reach out within 24 hours to book your consultation and confirm your membership agreement.
2. Consultation first. We confirm XERF suits your skin, choose your starting area, and you sign the XERF treatment consent form. If XERF isn't suitable for you, the membership is cancelled and anything paid is refunded in full.
3. Every month, one session. The area — eye area or lower face — is chosen with your esthetician at each visit, based on your skin on the day.

• 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment; less notice, or not attending, uses that month's session.
• Full agreement provided at sign-up and signed together at your first visit. Nothing here limits your rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BC).

Questions we hear most

Is this the full XERF treatment?
No — it is a smaller, targeted session (250 pulses on one area) once a month, to keep results up. The full-face treatment is a separate session; see XERF skin tightening for prices and details. The consultation is where we work out which suits you.

Does it hurt?
No. XERF is done without numbing cream; the handpiece cools the skin as it works, and what you feel is a mild warm, slightly burning sensation as it passes — noticeable, not painful. There is no downtime.

What if I can't come one month?
Once during your 6-month program, you can carry that session into the following month — just tell us before the month ends. Otherwise an unused session expires at the end of its month.

Who should check with us first?
Pregnancy or breastfeeding, a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted electronic device, or metal implants in the treatment area — we talk it through at the consultation. Results vary between individuals, and no specific result is promised.
