About Sylfirm X

Sylfirm X is a dual-wave RF microneedling system. Insulated microneedles deliver radiofrequency energy beneath the skin's surface, prompting the skin to rebuild collagen while leaving the outer layer largely intact — which is why downtime is short compared with ablative resurfacing.

What's included

• 3, 5 or 8 Sylfirm X sessions, approx. 60–75 minutes each including numbing
• Consultation and skin assessment at your first visit
• Topical numbing, post-treatment cooling and barrier care

Treatment details

• Area: one treatment area per session — face, or a body area (buttocks, abdomen, thighs or arms). Please tell us which at booking.
• Recommended interval: 3–4 weeks between sessions
• Older, paler stretch marks respond more slowly than newer red ones

Good to know

• This package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Expect redness and a warm, sunburn-like feeling for 24–48 hours.
• Avoid sun exposure, retinoids and exfoliating acids for 5 days before and after each session.
• Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active skin infection in the treatment area, with a pacemaker or metal implant in the treatment area, or within 6 months of oral isotretinoin.
