XERF Maintenance Membership

One targeted XERF session every month — to keep your skin firm a little at a time, in a steady rhythm.

XERF is needle-free, multi-frequency monopolar radiofrequency skin tightening by Cynosure Lutronic — a Health Canada-licensed medical device (Licence No. 113060) — with no numbing cream and no downtime. The membership gives you one smaller, targeted session each month: a way to hold the lift between full treatments, or to build it in smaller steps.

Every month, you get:

• One XERF maintenance session — 250 pulses on one area: the eye area or the lower face, chosen with your esthetician at each visit
• No needles, no numbing cream, no downtime — straight back to your day
• Once during your 6-month program, an unused session can be carried into the following month (two sessions that month) — just tell us before the month ends

A maintenance session is a smaller, targeted treatment to keep up results; it is not a full-face XERF treatment. Full XERF treatments (Full Face $2,200 · Full Face & Neck $2,600) remain available at regular prices.

How it works:

• $595/month + tax, billed automatically every month. Your first payment is taken when you join, and each monthly payment covers the month that follows.
• You start with a 6-month program: 6 monthly payments. After that, your membership simply continues month to month.
• After the 6 months, cancel anytime — no fees. Your membership ends at the end of the month you've already paid for.
• If you ask to cancel during the first 6 months, your membership ends after the 6th month.
• Before your first session: a short consultation and the XERF treatment consent form. If XERF isn't suitable for you, the membership is cancelled and anything paid is refunded in full.

Key terms

• 6-month program to start: total $3,570 + tax, paid as 6 monthly payments; the program cannot be cancelled early
• Then month to month at the same rate — cancel anytime by email or in store, no fees, no refund for the current month
• One membership pause per year (up to 1 month), e.g. for travel — ask before your next billing date
• Sessions are personal and non-transferable · gratuities not included · prices before tax
• 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment; less notice, or not attending, uses that month's session
• Full agreement provided at sign-up; nothing here limits your rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BC)
