Genesis Toning Laser

A 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser toning session on the Candela GentleMax Pro Plus — a Health Canada-licensed medical device (Licence No. 75833) — for redness, uneven tone and post-acne marks. Each session: Deep Cleansing, laser toning, ultrasonic sono therapy with Astele ampoule and cream, then PDT light.

Sylfirm X

Health Canada-licensed RF microneedling (Licence No. 104991) with a protocol for each concern. Numbing cream goes on first; the appointment runs about 60–75 minutes including numbing, sessions are 3–4 weeks apart, and every protocol can be booked as a single session or a package. XERF

Health Canada-licensed (Licence No. 113060) multi-frequency monopolar RF skin tightening by Cynosure Lutronic for the face and neck — no needles, no numbing cream, no downtime. Good to know

  • Tax. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude 5% GST. There is no PST on our treatments.
  • Packages. Valid for 12 months from purchase; non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
  • First visit. 10% off your first visit (not combined with campaign discounts). A MetaVu 3D skin analysis is complimentary once for first-visit guests booking a treatment of $200 or more.
  • Ongoing offers. Buy 5 sessions of the same treatment and receive 1 complimentary. Book a body massage together with a facial and the facial is 10% off. Ask us about the details when you book.
  • Booking. 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Where a deposit is required, it is $50 (+ GST), non-refundable, and applied to your treatment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shorter treatment or a new time.
  • Consultation first. Sylfirm X, XERF and Genesis Toning Laser are booked after a consultation.
  • Gift cards. Gift cards never expire and can be used toward any treatment or retail product.

Not sure where to start? Most first visits are a Deep Cleansing Facial ($135) or the Acne Special Treatment ($150). Send us a note, tell us what is bothering you, and we will recommend honestly — if a smaller treatment is enough, we will say so.

Do your prices include tax?

All prices on this page are in Canadian dollars and exclude 5% GST. There is no PST on our treatments.

How long is a package valid?

Packages and prepaid sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once purchased they are non-refundable and non-transferable, which we explain and confirm with you before you pay. Nothing in our policies limits your rights under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia).

Is there a first-visit offer?

Yes — 10% off your first visit, not combined with campaign discounts. A MetaVu 3D skin analysis ($120) is also complimentary once for first-visit guests booking a treatment of $200 or more; ask when you book.

Do I need a consultation first?

Every treatment includes a consultation on the day. Sylfirm X, XERF and Genesis Toning Laser are booked after a consultation, so we can confirm the right protocol for your skin before you commit to a package.

How do I book?

Send us a note through Book Now, call (778) 681-6243, or message us on Instagram. We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; where a deposit is required it is $50 (+ GST), non-refundable, and applied to your treatment.
